Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify our policies, terms of service, and prices as related to this website at any time without prior notice. Any change or modification as such is effective immediately upon publishing and retains their independence without affecting other provisions.

This website is operated by AA Group, Inc. within the state of California in the United States and we make no representation that the site or the products sold on it are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States. Access to, and purchases made on, this website from visitors in other locations are done at their own initiative and risk, and as such, they are fully responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws in their respective locations. We do not offer this site, nor the products sold on it, where prohibited by law.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover online. In-person purchases at our physical locations may be paid by cash as well.

Shipping: Most orders ship out of our warehouse within two business days of confirmed payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the location of your delivery address. The majority of our domestic orders are shipped via FedEx and most in-stock items should arrive in 2-9 business days with the standard shipping option (2-5 days with expedited shipping). In the event of any delays, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email to alert you of such.

Return Policy: Regardless of reason, all returns must be process through Customer Service. Please first notify us of your intent to return any item by e-mail or phone call. Be sure to include relevant information, such as: product name, invoice number, and your reason for return. All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will refund the original purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. When returning a product that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping fee will also be deducted from the refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the shipment—no damage or shortage claims will be accepted after that period. As such, please count your items and document any damage or shortage on your delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Customer is responsible for the delivery of merchandise back to our Returns Department. All damaged or defective merchandise is subject to inspection, and any credit or refunds issued for said merchandise will occur after such inspection is complete. Please allow up to 5 business days for refund and processing time. All sales of discounted items are final.

Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The following items are not eligible for refunds: Special order items; customized items; and opened or used personal care products, creams, lotions, oils, books, videos, music, CDs, DVDs, linens, clothing, disposable supplies, medical supplies and herbal supplements.

Price Discrepancies: Pricing errors are few and far between on Acubest.com but if an item is mis-priced on our online catalog, we will, at our discretion, either contact the buyer for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify the buyer of the cancellation.

Product Descriptions: Product descriptions on Acubest.com are displayed with the utmost care in attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered on this website is not as described, the sole remedy is to return it in the unused condition. See the return policy above for more detail.

All descriptions and pricing of products are subject to change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of AA Group, Inc. We reserve the right to discontinue sales of any product at any time. Any product or service offered on this website is void where prohibited.

Ever Spring Brand Herbal Products: If you wish to sell any Ever Spring branded item on the internet, regardless of whether you’re a distributor, clinic or anything else, you must inform us and obtain our consent before doing so.

Applicable Law: by using and purchasing on Acubest.com, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, along with applicable federal, state and local laws will govern these terms and conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that may arise between you and A&A Medical Supplies, Inc., AA Group, Inc. or Acubest.com. When the purchaser places an order through this website, the phone or an email, the purchaser agrees to our terms and conditions in whole.

Disputes: Any and all disputes are to be settled by legally binding arbitration in the state of California, rather than in court, with the single exception being that you may assert your claim in the small claims court of Los Angeles, if your case qualifies. Both parties agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducts on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If, for any reason, a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both parties waive any right to a trial by jury.
